AMA along with BK MEDICAL WING organized a unique program for AMA members and their families. It’s a need of the hour to get such refreshing and rejuvenating sessions of meditation and relaxation for busy doctors in their daily life.
1. BK CHANDRIKA DIDI- Experienced Raj Yoga teacher, practicing Raj Yoga for the last 45 years and national co-chairperson of BK Youth Wing showered her powerful thoughts and vibrations regarding CONNECT TO SOUL, GOD, AND UNIVERSE.
2. BK PROF. BIPIN BHAI – showed us easy steps and tools to practice meditation easily even for the beginners. He explained such a deep subject with fun games and exercise.
3. BK BANARASI BHAI -Executive Secretory of BK Medical Wing Mount Abu showered his blessings.
4. BK DR KOKILA BEN- With simple techniques of progressive relaxation, she truly gave us a taste of deep silence. It was a wonderful and rejuvenating experience for our senses.
5. DR. DILIP GADHAVI, AMA President and DR. GARGIBEN PATEL, AMA Secretory gave their speech according to occasion and shared their experiences. DR. MUKESH PATEL shared his experience. DR. ANKIT, MC MEMBER presented the Vote of Thanks.
6. POWER OF PEACE PROJECT- (Mobile Meditation Bus) AMA office bearers visited and understood the Power of Peace Project Bus and its Exhibition.
7. ORGANICA FARM VISIT-Team of AMA members and office bearers visited a unique organic and yogic- (cultivation with meditation) farming project near gift city Gandhi Nagar and explored various crops and methods.
More than 120 AMA members and their family members took part in this picnic. The venue is very serene and natural with chirping of birds and canopy of trees all around. We had breakfast and lunch together.
Feedback : Many gave the feedback that this was a wonderful experience. Overall, it was very successful and unique outdoor event.
