How It Works

Build habits visually

BKOne Chart helps you track daily habits with simple taps. Each practice represents one thing you want to practise — like waking early, meditating, or drinking enough water. Let's walk through how it works with a sample practice.

1

Create a practice

Choose a name, type (Yes/No, Count, Duration, Scale…), and how often you want to track. Here's a sample:

2

Log daily with a single tap

Every day, your pending practices appear on the Today page. For a Yes/No practice, one tap marks it done. Other types let you enter a number or pick a rating.

Your data builds over time

Each day's log becomes an entry stored locally on your device. Over time, these entries paint a picture of your consistency.

The app calculates streaks (consecutive days done), consistency %, and trend direction automatically.

Calendar view & Insights

Each practice has a monthly calendar that colour-codes your days. The Insights tab analyses all practices together — showing strongest habits, slipping patterns, and your best day of the week.

Time-Bound Practices

Set a duration (e.g. 21 days) when creating a practice. It shows a progress bar and auto-completes when the period ends. Completed time-bound practices are preserved in your history.
