A first-time spiritual retreat turned into a blossoming transformation for her. Waking at 3:45 AM felt tough, and meditating outdoors with fresh air and vibrant energy felt like magic. Inspired by Suraj Bhai’s empowering message—“Call Baba with authority”, she now carries a deep desire to serve her loved ones and the world.
Om Shanti.
My name is Ayesha Adlakha. I am an actor, MC, content creator, and now a coach. This is my first time at the centre here. I genuinely feel like a different person.
Just like a bud blossoms, I feel like I am blossoming. There is something about the energy here that is truly magical.
I know all of this is based on science, and I made sure to ask all my questions and confirm it. But genuinely, I felt like I have come here to learn magic, because it just feels and seems too good to be true. They always encourage us to experiment.
I am excited to go back and see what I can do for my life, for my loved ones, and for the world—given this knowledge—and turn it into wisdom. There are so many things I have learned, I can’t wait to put it all together and share it.
So, I’m not a morning person by any measure— I mean, waking up at 3:45 AM, I felt really groggy and wondered what I was doing on the first day. But then, the next two days, I did wake up, and I found myself feeling very effortless when I got up.
Especially, the meditations we did outdoors have been spectacular.
There’s something even in the air— you can feel a common vibration, almost like at a concert—like you’re at a music festival, and you can hear everyone else singing. It just enhances your experience. It was that feeling. And I think just being in nature, being able to see greenery with your naked eyes— in the city, we barely get to do that. So, I think the outdoor meditations were my personal favourites.
I’ve been taking down a lot of takeaways, I’ve been writing a lot of notes. But the one thing that has been going on and on in my head is something that Suraj Bhai said:
“Baba ko adhikaar se bulao”
(Call Baba with the right of belonging.)
He almost made it seem like there is a personal power in it. Calling Baba with that authority, with that right— that was the most confidence-giving thing for me.
If I had to condense this whole retreat into just one word— I think it would be: Enchanting.
