Gift For The Soul
I want to focus and stop rambling along in my mind. And so, I take charge; I determine what I want to think; I refuse to let the mind create thoughts about the past, or what it perceives through the physical sense organs. I play the game of transforming useless thoughts into powerful thoughts. I do this over and over again until I have dominion over myself.
