GIFT FOR THE SOUL
I have no expectations that happiness will magically come to me, or that someone will provide it for me just by their presence. Happiness is a quality of the human soul; a luminous inner state; a living and constant energy that must be awakened day by day. So, I nurture myself with spiritual knowledge, with regular reflection and with an attitude of understanding that allows me to go through life lightly, and in peace.
