Translation: Come, let us all be colored in the hues of God’s company. The color of purity is unique — filled with wisdom, virtues, and all powers. Let us apply the sacred gulal of knowledge to all. Come, let us celebrate the true Holi. Translation: From the heart I said, “My Baba,” and the imperishable color was applied. My companion is God Himself — the greatest joy of all. He resides in our hearts, and we dwell in His. Never separated, not even for a moment, we remain together always. What more could we need, having found such a Companion as Baba? Come, let us all be colored in the hues of God’s company. Translation: All our old sanskars are alien to us now. Come, let us burn them completely in this Holi fire. We are sovereign souls, seated on the throne of the forehead (self-mastery). We are the royal children of Baba, never to be enslaved. Even on dependent souls we must show mercy, And make the dependent into self-sovereigns too. Come, let us all be colored in the hues of God’s company. Translation: At this confluence age, every day is a festival to be celebrated. Never carry the burden of waste, but keep singing and dancing always. For cycle after cycle we are the victorious ones — this is our blissful intoxication. Certain victory is ours, our birthright forever. Let our thoughts be powerful, and let us give blessings to all. Come, let us all be colored in the hues of God’s company. The color of purity is unique — filled with wisdom, virtues, and all powers. Let us apply the sacred gulal of knowledge to all. Come, let us celebrate the true Holi. Essence & Explanation This song is a spiritual celebration of Holi, not with physical colors, but with the divine colors of purity, knowledge, virtues, and God’s remembrance. The Chorus sets the theme: true Holi is played with God’s company, purity, and spiritual knowledge — spreading gulal as blessings and wisdom. Verse 1 describes the soul’s deep relationship with God, Shiva, where calling Him “My Baba” itself colors the soul eternally. The joy of constant companionship with God is highlighted. Verse 2 speaks of burning away old sanskars in the Holi fire of transformation. Souls are reminded of their self-sovereignty (swarajya), as children of the Supreme King, and are also encouraged to uplift weaker souls with mercy. Verse 3 explains that at the confluence age (sangam yug), every day is a festival. Wasteful thoughts and burdens are to be left behind, replaced by joy, songs, and divine intoxication. Victory over negativity is guaranteed, as it is the soul’s eternal right. Thus, the “true Holi” is celebrated not externally, but through purity, divine remembrance, powerful thoughts, and the spiritual color of God’s love.
