When my eyes met Yours, Baba, my vision became pure.
The burning fire of my restless mind, through remembrance, became cool and serene.
When my eyes met Yours, Baba, my vision became pure.
These very eyes deceived me, filling my mind with restlessness.
Lost in the attractions of the world, at every moment they became criminal.
I wandered in darkness, my life was falling apart.
My mind lost its patience, and shadows of sorrow covered me.
Receiving the vision of knowledge from You, my soul became pure.
Baba, uniting my heart with You, I was strung into the garland of remembrance.
When my eyes met Yours, Baba, my vision became pure.
The burning fire of my restless mind, through remembrance, became cool and serene.
When my eyes met Yours, Baba, my vision became pure.
You have come as a traveler, to beautify the souls.
To transform the barren land of Kaliyug into the wonder of the world.
By placing the crown upon me, make me worthy of Satyug.
Baba, take me into Your lap, and make me like Yourself.
The garland of Your blessings, I have treasured in my life.
By becoming a true server, this soul has become blessed.
When my eyes met Yours, Baba, my vision became pure.
The burning fire of my restless mind, through remembrance, became cool and serene.
When my eyes met Yours, Baba, my vision became pure.
