घेवर मुख्य रूप से राजस्थान की एक पारंपरिक और बेहद लोकप्रिय मिठाई है, जो आमतौर पर सावन के महीने, तीज, होली और रक्षा बंधन के त्योहारों पर बनाई और खाई जाती है।
यह जालीदार (मधुमक्खी के छत्ते जैसी) और गोल डिस्क (चक्र) के आकार का होता है।
Ghevar is a traditional and highly popular sweet dish mainly from Rajasthan. It is commonly prepared and enjoyed during the month of Sawan, and on festivals like Teej, Holi and Raksha Bandhan.
It has a net-like texture (similar to a honeycomb) and is shaped like a round disc (circle).
ఘేవర్ అనేది ప్రధానంగా రాజస్థాన్ రాష్ట్రానికి చెందిన సంప్రదాయ మరియు ఎంతో ప్రసిద్ధి చెందిన తీపి వంటకం(మిఠాయి). ఈ మిఠాయిని సాధారణంగా శ్రావణ మాసంలో, తీజ్, హోలీ మరియు రక్షా బంధనం పండుగల సమయంలో తయారు చేసి ఆస్వాదిస్తారు.
