This special session is designed to help children understand how their thoughts influence their feelings, actions, and overall life. Through fun activities, storytelling, and value-based learning, children will explore the importance of positive thinking, self-belief, and inner strength. The programme will guide young minds to create empowering thoughts such as “I am strong,” “I am kind,” and “I am capable,” helping them build confidence and a positive personality from an early age.
