Brahma Kumaris Bahrain Meditation Centre is set to host an inspiring spiritual session titled “Inner Happiness Amidst a Chaotic World” at The Art Hotel and Resort, Amwaj Islands, Bahrain.
In a world of constant change, pressure, and uncertainty, true happiness often feels distant. This session will offer gentle yet practical insights on how to remain peaceful, stable, and happy from within, regardless of external circumstances. Through self-awareness and conscious living, participants will be guided to discover an inner source of happiness that is not dependent on situations, people, or outcomes.
The session will be led by BK Sister Shivani, an internationally acclaimed motivational speaker and Rajyoga meditation practitioner. BK Shivani has inspired millions across the globe through her long-running television series Awakening with Brahma Kumaris and her public talks in over 35 countries. A recipient of several international honours, including India’s prestigious Nari Shakti Puraskaar, she also serves as a Goodwill Ambassador of the World Psychiatric Association.
