The session is specially designed for young adults in the 18 to 35 years age group and will offer a creative and engaging space to reflect, reset, and consciously build positive habits for the new year. Through games, group activities, and guided experiences, participants will explore practical ways to create and sustain healthy new patterns for 2026.
