Brahma Kumaris, Women's Wing will be organising a National Conference cum Rajyoga Meditation Retreat on the theme “Women Empowerment through Sanskar Transformation” from 18 to 22 June 2026 at Gyan Sarovar, Mount Abu.
This residential conference is designed to help women rediscover their inner strength through spiritual awareness and positive sanskar development. The programme will offer participants practical tools to enhance self-respect, emotional balance, clarity in decision-making, and harmony in personal, professional, and social life. Through Rajyoga meditation, interactive sessions, workshops, and reflective discussions, participants will experience deep inner transformation and renewed purpose.
The conference will be guided by senior Rajyoga teachers and experienced facilitators of the Brahma Kumaris, focusing on key themes such as:
