The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhilai, in collaboration with the Brahma Kumaris, will organise the "Inner Mastery Retreat" for faculty members and academic leaders.
Centred on the theme "Upgrading the Inner Operating System – From Stress to Stability," the one-day retreat aims to equip educators with practical tools to enhance mental well-being, emotional resilience, creativity and conscious leadership. Designed for the evolving demands of academia, the programme will combine insights from leadership, neuroscience and Rajyoga meditation to help participants cultivate inner stability while improving professional effectiveness.
The retreat will feature sessions by distinguished speakers including Dr. Mohit Gupta, eminent interventional cardiologist and AI researcher; Bala Kishore, Vice President – Better Living, Searce Inc., British Chevening Scholar and Senior Member of the Brahma Kumaris IT Wing; and BK Prachi, Rajyoga teacher, motivational speaker and leadership expert.
Participants will engage in interactive sessions on peak mental performance, designing one's destiny, daily practices for inner mastery, and a panel discussion on the Invisible Curriculum, highlighting the role of emotional intelligence, values and self-awareness in education.
