Brahma Kumaris – Security Services Wing will be organising a National Dialogue on “Self Empowerment & Mental Wellness” for Security Forces’ Personnel from 16 to 20 April 2026 at Gyan Sarovar – Academy for a Better World, Mount Abu, Rajasthan.
The programme aims to support the mental well-being and inner resilience of security forces personnel through Rajyoga meditation and value-based life skills. In the demanding environment of national security services, maintaining emotional balance, clarity of mind, and inner strength is essential. Through interactive sessions, meditation practices, and discussions, participants will learn practical techniques to manage stress, enhance decision-making, and cultivate mental stability.
The dialogue will feature inspiring sessions by renowned Rajyoga teachers and speakers including BK Sister Shivani and BK Jayanti Didi, along with experienced facilitators who will guide participants through topics such as self-empowerment, mastering the mind, stress management, inner peace, relationships, and spiritual awareness.
Participants will also experience guided meditation sessions, team-building activities, and reflective experiences in the serene natural environment of Gyan Sarovar, designed to help strengthen both personal well-being and professional effectiveness.
