SpARC Wing

The Spiritual Applications Research Centre (SpARC), a wing of the Brahma Kumaris under RERF, is dedicated to exploring the practical applications of Rajyoga meditation for peaceful and healthy living. Established in 1995, SpARC engages researchers from different disciplines to study the impact of meditation on mind, body, and lifestyle using scientific methods. It organizes annual research conferences, seminars, and workshops in Mount Abu and across India, encouraging collaboration between professionals and academicians. With more than 75 local chapters, SpARC fosters knowledge sharing and practical research. Its Rajyoga Research Lab focuses on holistic well-being, stress-free living, and applied spirituality.
