Youth Weekend Retreat Announced

The Youth Wing of Brahma Kumaris, Tamil Nadu, has announced a special three-day residential retreat titled “[email protected]”, designed exclusively for youth to Relax, Recharge, and Rejuvenate.

The retreat will be held from 12–14 December 2025 at the Happy Village Retreat Centre, Podavur, Sunguvarchathiram. Young participants aged 18 to 40 years can take part in this refreshing and transformational experience.

This program aims to introduce meditation in a simple, practical way while helping youth strengthen emotional resilience, reduce overthinking, develop self-awareness, and cultivate inner peace.
