Working without Bondage: Hyderabad to Host Insightful Talk on the Science of Karma Yoga
Brahma Kumaris, Shanti Sarovar, Hyderabad is organising a refreshing Sunday evening talk titled Working without Bondage: The Science of Karma Yoga on Sunday, 1 February 2026, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The session will be conducted by BK Uma Veni, a Rajyoga teacher with over two decades of meditation experience and an active member of the Brahma Kumaris SpARC Wing. She has conducted numerous sessions across institutions and corporate organisations, guiding individuals towards inner balance and clarity.
The talk will explore how the spiritual principles of Karma Yoga can help individuals work with freedom from stress, emotional burden, and mental fatigue. Participants will gain insights into integrating meditation into daily life, understanding the subtle impact of thoughts and actions, and cultivating a lighter, more empowered approach to work and responsibility.
