The connection with the Supreme Source of Peace brings a deep sense of inner safety, lightness, and emotional balance.
As the meditation deepens, your thoughts become calmer, clearer, and more powerful. Om Shanti
I return home after a long day. The body settles into the chair. The breath slows. The television is on, and scenes of war, destruction, and displaced families appear. The eyes see, but now I choose to observe without absorbing.
I place the cup of tea aside and gently lean back, allowing the body to rest. I turn my attention inward. I am a soul, a peaceful point of light. This world I see is a stage. Each soul is playing their own part according to the drama of time.
A question arises softly within me: Why does suffering continue? I understand. Suffering begins when souls forget their original nature of peace and love. When fear replaces faith, when power is searched for outside instead of within, I remind myself: Pain is not my truth. Peace is my truth.
I breathe gently and allow a ray of peace to emerge from the center of my forehead. It is calm, stable, and eternal. I look at the suffering souls on the screen not with helplessness, but with compassion and spiritual understanding. This is not the end. I keep my hope alive.
Hope lives in awakened souls—souls who remember the Supreme Source of peace. I now turn my mind upward, beyond this world, beyond the noise, toward the Supreme Soul, the Ocean of Peace. I feel His silent presence, a powerful yet loving energy flowing toward me.
As I connect, my heart feels lighter. My thoughts become powerful. I realize: I may not be able to stop wars with my hands, but I can stop war within my mind. I can radiate peace to the souls who are trapped in the situation of war.
I send peaceful and powerful vibrations to the people suffering in this world. I may not rebuild homes, but I radiate stability, hope, and peace. I radiate love to the homeless souls. Through the power of my thoughts, I radiate strength to the souls who have lost their loved ones.
Every peaceful thought I create is a contribution to the world. I am now filled with calmness. I choose to be a beacon of hope in this restless world. I am the light for this world. I am instrumental in spreading peaceful and powerful vibrations to all souls.
I am connected to the Supreme, drawing energy and sharing it with the world.
