Gurugram to Host 52nd National Mind–Body Medicine Conference at Om Shanti Retreat Centre in February 2026
Gurugram, Haryana — The Om Shanti Retreat Centre (OSRC), Northern India’s largest Brahma Kumaris campus, will host the 52nd National Conference on Mind–Body Medicine from 21–22 February 2026. Organised by Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya in collaboration with the Medical Wing of the Rajyoga Education & Research Foundation (RERF), Abu Road, the two-day conference is designed exclusively for doctors, healthcare professionals, medical researchers and students interested in integrating spirituality with modern medicine.
Themed “Care, Compassion & Communication in Healthcare,” the conference aims to address the growing emotional and mental-health challenges faced by medical practitioners. The organisers emphasise that while healthcare providers are committed to caring for others, they often neglect their own well-being—leading to stress, fatigue and burnout. The event focuses on healing “the one who has been ignored the most — the self.”
Key Sessions and Speakers
A distinguished faculty of Rajyoga practitioners and medical experts will lead sessions on contemporary mind-body topics, including:
- Caring is Healing, Self Care and Compassion – BK Shivani
- Self Realisation – BK Rama
- Genes, Emotions & Mind Power – Dr. Mohit Gupta
- History of the Institution – BK Asha
- Recognising & Connecting to the Supreme Power – BK Vidhatri
- Clearing Relationship Blockages – BK Shivani
- Balance, Blessing & Bliss – BK Husain
These sessions aim to shift practitioners from stress to ease, anger to patience and irritation to compassion—offering practical insights for creating emotional harmony in professional and personal life.
