International Day of Yoga 2026 will be celebrated at the historic Red Fort Grounds, New Delhi, bringing together thousands of participants for a transformative morning dedicated to yoga, meditation and holistic well-being.
Organised by Brahma Kumaris, Delhi Zone, in collaboration with the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, the event is based on the theme “Yoga for Healthy Ageing” and aims to inspire healthier lifestyles, emotional balance and inner strength through the timeless wisdom of yoga.
Participants will have the opportunity to experience guided yoga practices, meditation sessions and wellness activities designed to promote physical vitality, mental calmness and harmonious living.
