Brahma Kumaris, Om Shanti Retreat Centre, Gurugram, will organise a three-day residential retreat for media professionals titled “Beyond the Headlines – From Inner Noise to Inner Clarity” from 27–29 November 2026 at the Om Shanti Retreat Centre, Gurugram.
Designed as a rejuvenating retreat, the programme will provide media professionals an opportunity to pause from demanding schedules and reconnect with their inner selves. The retreat will explore practical ways to cultivate clarity, relaxation and inner well-being through Rajyoga meditation, reflection and experiential practices.
The programme will include sessions and activities centred around Rajyoga, reflection, relaxation and renewal, creating a supportive environment for participants to step away from professional pressures, gain a fresh perspective and return to their work and personal lives with greater clarity and balance.
