Brahma Kumaris, Om Shanti Retreat Centre, Gurugram, will organise an online Sunday session titled “Meditation: A Catalyst for Cancer Prevention” on Sunday, 23 August 2026, from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The session is part of the ongoing “Overcoming Overthinking – Online Sunday Series With Doctors”, being held from 9 August to 29 November 2026.
The session will feature Dr. Ashok Mehta, Medical Director and Consultant Cancer Surgeon, who will share insights on the role of meditation in supporting wellness and exploring its potential as a catalyst for cancer prevention.
The programme aims to empower participants with an understanding of the transformative power of meditation and encourage greater awareness of inner well-being as part of a holistic approach to life.
The session will be conducted online through Zoom and is open to those interested in exploring the connection between meditation, mental well-being and overall wellness.
