In an age of constant information, endless notifications and continuous mental activity, many people struggle with an overloaded mind that affects their peace, focus and emotional well-being. The upcoming session, Declutter Your Mind, is designed to help participants understand how unnecessary thoughts, emotional baggage and mental clutter contribute to stress, anxiety and overthinking.
