“There comes a phase in life when asking children for support brings hesitation and guilt. This meditation gently helps release the fear of being a burden while restoring dignity, self-respect, and inner peace.”
This meditation helps dissolve guilt and self-judgment around depending on children for support. It restores a sense of dignity, self-worth, and emotional balance. By shifting awareness from dependency to contribution, it allows the heart to feel light, respected, and connected, while creating harmony within the family.
Through reflective awareness, it guides you to reconnect with the deeper, unchanging strength within: the dignity of your spirit, the value of your presence, and the power of your thoughts, words, and intentions.
You emerge with a renewed sense of calm acceptance and confidence—knowing that even as physical strength diminishes, your capacity to uplift, inspire, and radiate goodness remains profoundly alive.
How you want to feel
Life stages
There have been times and passages in life when I have been able to share, to help, and to support others. And sometimes that has been just through my presence or financial help or any other kind of support in any way. And now I am passing through the phase of life where I myself am in need of support, and sometimes that may be financial or in some other way.
But let me remember that I am not a burden on any person. Let me remember that even though I may have certain needs, still I have something else to continue to share with my mind and through my face. Let me share a warm, loving smile. Let me share positive and uplifting energy. I simply choose to express the needs I may have without pressure, without making demands. Let me remember that in this phase of life, I am simply passing through a passage where it is appropriate and necessary for me to express my current needs. I do so maintaining my own dignity, maintaining my self-respect, remembering that I and also others, we are all children of that one divine source, the benevolent being.
And so in this phase of life, I choose to keep my connection with that benevolent being And I share benevolent thoughts, benevolent feelings with those around me as I continue to contribute to others in the house, as I continue to uplift the atmosphere with goodness, positivity, and good feelings. My contribution automatically will touch the hearts of those who are around me. Family members and close friends will continue to see that I have something to offer, I have something to contribute. And so when I express a need I have, it will not be received as a burden, as a pressure, or as an obligation, but it will allow me to touch the hearts of others. And then from their own hearts, they themselves choose to help and support the needs I have.
I continue contribute to all family members and friends. Remembering the experiences which life has given me are very valuable lessons to be able to share with those who are around me. I maintain my dignity, I maintain my honor, and I continue to share love and good feelings with everyone in the house.
