This guided meditation helps you connect with your true identity as a pure, peaceful, and powerful soul. By gently shifting your awareness away from the physical body and toward the tiny point of living light within, you can cultivate inner stillness and strengthen your connection with the Supreme Soul, the ocean of peace, love, and purity. This practice encourages you to become a detached observer of your experiences and recognize that although you cannot change the past, you can choose what you carry forward.

Om Shanti
Take a slow, deep breath in and gently breathe out. Allow your body to relax. Let your mind become quiet.
Now, gently bring your attention to the center of your forehead, the space between your eyebrows. Visualize yourself as a tiny, radiant point of living light, a beautiful, sparkling soul seated in the center of the forehead.
Just feel yourself. I am a light, the being of light that gives life and movement to this physical body. This body is my instrument, and I am the one who operates this instrument. I am not this body. I am a powerful soul, a peaceful soul, a pure soul.
Feel this awareness deeply and feel the light inside.
Now, gently connect your mind with the Supreme Soul, the ocean of peace, the ocean of love, the ocean of purity. Experience the supreme powers reaching you, filling you with inner strength.
I awaken one of my divine powers: The Power To Let Go.
I look at my life with the awareness of a detached observer. Perhaps there are experiences from the past, words that hurt me, actions that disappointed me, or expectations that remained unfulfilled. But today, I understand something deeply. What they did was their choice. Holding on to it is my choice.
So today, I choose to let go.
I release my past. I release my expectations. I release my guilt. I no longer allow painful memories to occupy my mind. I gently detach myself from them, like a leaf releasing itself from a tree, like a bird becoming free and moving into the open sky. I allow myself to become lighter.
I breathe in peace and breathe out hurt. I breathe in love and release hatred. I breathe in freedom and release guilt.
I understand that I cannot change what has already happened, but I can choose what I carry forward. My past does not have the power to control my present. I am the master of my thoughts. I am the master of my feelings. I choose peace.
Now, I see God's rays of pure love touching my heart, healing every place where I have held pain. I don't need to hold on anymore. I forgive. I let go. I become free.
Forgiveness does not mean that what happened was right. It means that I choose my peace over pain. I refuse to give my present happiness to something that belongs to my past.
I am free. I am light. I am peaceful.
Bring to your awareness any one person, situation, or memory that you are ready to release. Simply observe it without judgment and silently say, "I release you. I forgive you. I set you free, and I set myself free."
I release the past.
Feel the lightness. Feel the freedom. Feel the power within you.
I am a powerful soul. I have the power to let go. I have the power to forgive. I have the power to heal. I have the power to begin again.
Whenever hurt arises, I choose love. I choose forgiveness. I choose peace and self-respect.
Whenever the past calls me back, I return to the present. I return to my true identity: I am a pure, powerful, peaceful soul.
I am Shakti. The power to let go is within me. I release what I cannot change. I accept what is. And with God's love and power, I create a peaceful new beginning.
Now, take a gentle breath. Feel yourself seated in the center of the forehead, a tiny, sparkling point of light radiating peace, purity, and power.
I let go. I become light. I become free.
Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti.
