On 13 July 2026, the Brahma Kumaris had the privilege of conducting a Stress Management Session at the SP Office, Mokokchung, in the esteemed presence of officers serving under the Nagaland Police.
The session offered practical spiritual insights to help officers cultivate inner stability, emotional resilience, and mental clarity while fulfilling the demands of their noble responsibilities. Through an interactive and engaging presentation, participants explored the transformative power of Raja Yoga meditation in developing a calm, focused, and balanced mind.
The programme emphasized that when the mind is anchored in peace, challenges become opportunities for wise action rather than sources of pressure. The participants were encouraged to adopt positive thinking, self-awareness, and regular meditation as practical tools for managing stress, strengthening emotional well-being, and enhancing professional effectiveness.
The Brahma Kumaris shared the message that true leadership begins with self-leadership. By nurturing inner peace, compassion, and spiritual awareness, individuals can perform their responsibilities with greater balance, strength, and wisdom, thereby contributing to a healthier workplace and a more harmonious society.
The session was well received by the officers, who appreciated the practical techniques and spiritual perspectives shared for leading a peaceful, purposeful, and stress-free life.
