“When a child feels sad by comparing themselves with others and wants to remember their own unique value, talents, and inner beauty.”
This soothing meditation gently helps children release feelings of jealousy, comparison, and self-doubt. By visualizing a garden filled with different flowers, children learn that everyone has their own beauty, talents, and purpose, and that being different does not make them less valuable.
As they connect with the golden light of love, peace, and acceptance, children begin to feel emotionally safe, confident, and appreciated for who they truly are. This practice can nurture healthy self-esteem, reduce negative comparison with others, and strengthen the belief that they are already enough, already loved, and already special.

Om Shanti.
Sometimes when I see a friend with a new pair of shoes, or someone getting more marks in a test, or someone speaking confidently in front of everyone, I start thinking, “I wish I were like them. I wish I had what they have.” And slowly, my smile becomes smaller and my heart feels a little sad.
Now let me take a slow, deep breath, breathing in and breathing out. I allow myself to relax.
Now I imagine that I am walking through a beautiful garden. In this garden, there are many different flowers. Some are big, some are small, some are red, and some are yellow. Some have large petals, and some have tiny petals. As I carefully look at each one of them, I realize that every flower is beautiful in its own way.
I stop for a moment. I pause and take a deep breath again. I remember something very important: just like every flower in the garden is special, I too am very special. There is no one exactly like me in this world. I have my own talents, my own qualities, and my own unique gifts. I am very special in my own way.
Now I imagine a beautiful golden light shining above me. This light is God, the Supreme Soul, the Ocean of Love, the Ocean of Peace, and the Ocean of Happiness. Golden rays of love flow towards me now, and I hear a gentle message: “My child, you are wonderful just as you are. You do not need to become someone else. You are already very special.”
When I hear these words, my heart feels warm and happy. I smile softly because now I remember that I am special.
Om Shanti.
