Under the theme “Yoga for Healthy Aging”, BK Sister Sapna, China in-charge of Brahma Kumaris, shared a powerful message highlighting inner strength and overall health through Rajyoga Meditation. She emphasized how Rajyoga helps in developing mental balance, emotional stability, and a healthy lifestyle.

The celebrations reflected the true essence of yoga as a practice for holistic well-being, connecting physical health with mental peace and spiritual growth. Participants experienced inspiration and renewed commitment towards adopting yoga and meditation in daily life.

The event concluded successfully, leaving participants with a deeper understanding of yoga as a tool for healthy aging and inner transformation.
