On 21 June 2026, a Special Yoga and Wellness Programme was organized at the office of NHIDCL, Kohima, to promote holistic well-being, mental wellness, and a healthy lifestyle among the participants.
The programme was conducted by Sister BK Rupa Behen of Brahma Kumaris Kohima, who guided the participants through Rajyoga Meditation and shared practical insights on stress management, positive thinking, emotional well-being, and the importance of maintaining inner peace in daily life. The session inspired participants to adopt positive thoughts and spiritual values for leading a balanced and healthy life.
Through the practice of Rajyoga Meditation, participants experienced a sense of calmness and self-awareness, while gaining a deeper understanding of the relationship between mental wellness and overall health. The programme created an atmosphere of peace, reflection, and self-empowerment.
The event concluded with a Drug-Free Society Signature Campaign, during which participants enthusiastically pledged their support towards building an addiction-free society. The campaign highlighted the importance of making responsible choices and working collectively for a healthier and safer community.
The programme successfully reinforced the message of promoting healthier minds, stronger values, and a drug-free future, contributing towards the well-being of individuals and society.
