10 March 2026: A beautiful Youth Retreat was organized in Trivandrum where young participants gathered to explore the theme “The Heart and Joy of Yogi Life.” The retreat provided a meaningful platform for the youth to understand the value of a yogic lifestyle and experience the joy of spiritual living.
Through engaging activities, group discussions and spiritual insights, participants learned how practicing Rajyoga Meditation helps create inner peace, clarity of thoughts and a deeper connection with the self and the Supreme Soul. The sessions encouraged the youth to reflect on their thoughts, attitudes and daily habits, helping them understand how small positive changes can bring greater happiness and balance in life.
The retreat was facilitated by Sis. Vibhuti, Sis. Mahak, Bro. Wesley and Bro. Prateek, who guided the participants through inspiring talks, interactive sessions and practical meditation experiences. Their guidance helped the youth understand how spirituality can strengthen the mind, improve decision-making and bring stability in challenging situations.
The program also included moments of reflection, sharing of experiences and meditation practices that helped create a peaceful and positive environment. Participants openly shared their thoughts and felt encouraged to adopt values such as peace, purity, cooperation and self-discipline in their lives.
The retreat created a vibrant atmosphere of learning, connection and spiritual inspiration. By the end of the program, the youth felt refreshed, motivated and inspired to bring the happiness, awareness and joy of a yogi life into their everyday actions and relationships
