On 21 June, on the occasion of International Yoga Day, the Consulate General of India, Hong Kong & Macau SARs organized Yoga sessions at the India Club, Hong Kong, and the Lisboa Hotel, Macau. The theme for this year's celebration was "Yoga for Healthy Ageing," emphasizing the importance of regular yoga practice for physical vitality, mental well-being, and healthy ageing.
The sessions witnessed enthusiastic participation from members of the community. The Brahma Kumaris sisters lovingly rendered their selfless service, supporting the successful organization of the events and inspiring participants to experience the combined benefits of Yoga and meditation for a balanced lifestyle.
First Indonesian Raja Yoga Foundation Course Graduation Ceremony

A special Celebration Ceremony was held to mark the successful completion of the first Raja Yoga Foundation Course for the Indonesian community.
The programme included interactive activities and guided meditation conducted by Sister Deepa and Brother Pravin. Sister Mona, from Indonesia, also conducted Raja Yoga classes through Zoom in the participants' native language, making spiritual knowledge easily accessible and meaningful.
A total of 16 new Baba's children from the Indonesian community successfully completed the Foundation Course and pledged to continue their spiritual journey by following the path of Raja Yoga. Inspired by their experiences, they also invited many of their friends, who have registered for the next batch of the Raja Yoga Foundation Course.
These two meaningful initiatives reflected the spirit of service, spirituality, and collective transformation, promoting health, inner peace, and spiritual awakening among the diverse communities of Hong Kong and Macau.
