Essence

What if the person we are trying to correct... does not need more criticism, but a little more compassion?

When someone makes a mistake, behaves differently, or struggles to change, it can be easy to focus only on what they are doing wrong.

But what if... there is something deeper behind their behaviour— a weakness or pain we cannot see?

Every word and response creates an impact.

It can deepen someone's weakness... or give them strength to rise above it.

Going Beyond invites us to make a powerful shift— from criticizing to understanding, from punishing mistakes to empower change.

Because true correction is not about making someone feel smaller for what they did.

Sometimes, people do not need to be reminded of their weakness... they need someone who understands.

Perhaps compassion means seeing the person beyond the mistake and helping them find strength to move forward.

Could our compassion become the power that helps someone believe they can truly change?
