21 June 2026: Marking the occasion of the International Day of Yoga, the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan was officially launched in Andhra Pradesh in the esteemed presence of Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri N. Chandrababu Naidu Garu.
The Hon'ble Chief Minister inaugurated the Nasha Mukt Bharat Exhibition Ratham, visited the exhibition, and appreciated the Brahma Kumaris for their dedicated de-addiction awareness campaigns and community service initiatives. He also encouraged stronger collaboration to advance the vision of an addiction-free Andhra Pradesh.
As part of the campaign, the Exhibition Ratham was flagged off to travel across the state, creating widespread awareness about healthy living, value-based lifestyles, and freedom from addiction.
The programme was graced by BK Dr. Banarasi Bhai, Secretary, Medical Wing, Brahma Kumaris, BK Shanta Didi, Director, Universal Peace Retreat Centre, Amaravati, along with Brahma Kumaris Sisters, eminent dignitaries, government officials, and social leaders. The gathering reaffirmed a collective commitment towards building a healthier, value-based, and drug-free society through spiritual empowerment and social awareness.
