It is beneficial to create an exclusive, high-vibration room or corner at home for meditation. We go to high spiritual energy places for inner peace and bliss. We can create such a sacred space at home to sit in, any time whenever we want to get mentally charged.
1. Identify an exclusive space at home, to create a place of high vibrations. Preferably choose a quieter space away from the television or bedroom to avoid lower energies. The size of the house doesn’t matter, even a small corner within a room, enclosed by clean white curtains is enough.
2. Before entering that space withdraw from distractions and consciously focus on self-reflection and meditation. Do not create any other thoughts. Your pure thoughts radiate to that space and increase its positive energy.
3. Spend a few minutes there atleast twice a day. With each day, the energy field there strengthens and enhances your sitting experience over there. Keep that space clean and uncluttered. The collective energy you create there over a period of time, will help you when needed.
4. Whenever you or your family member need an answer, need clarity, need to take a decision, need to delete any wrong type of thoughts or need to quieten the mind, sit there for some time. As you experience the vibrations of the room, your mind calms down and your divine connection with your inner consciousness and the Supreme will give you all the answers.
