Republic Day Celebrations in Bharat (New Delhi)
On 26th January, the 77th Republic Day of Bharat was celebrated with great pride and patriotic enthusiasm across the country. The grand celebrations held at Kartavya Path, New Delhi showcased the glory of Bharat through majestic parades and the inspiring presentation “150 Years of Vande Mataram”, reflecting national unity and the sacrifices made for freedom. Various events recalling the nation’s rich history filled every Indian heart with pride and appreciation.
Republic Day Celebrations in Russia – Moscow
On the same auspicious day, the spirit of Republic Day was joyfully reflected in Moscow, where a special festive programme was organised by the Embassy of India. Honourable Ambassador of India to Russia, H.E. Mr. Vinay Kumar, along with Mrs. Iona Sinha, warmly received the Chief Guest, Mr. Andrey Rudenko, Deputy Minister of the Foreign Ministry of Russia, responsible for relations with the Commonwealth of Independent States. Distinguished guests from the diplomatic corps and the Indian community were also present.
After the playing of the State Anthems of both nations, Mr. Andrey Rudenko met Respected Sudha Didi with cordial feelings and graciously accepted the gifts presented on behalf of Brahma Kumaris, Mount Abu, expressing his gratitude.
The programme was held in a dignified and harmonious atmosphere at the Carlton Hotel, Moscow, strengthening the message of peace, unity, and friendship between India and Russia.
