14 March 2026: A 3-Day National Conference for Business Leaders and Entrepreneurs was inaugurated at the Om Shanti Retreat Centre (ORC), Gurugram. The conference is being organized by the Brahma Kumaris Business & Industry Wing on the theme “Beyond Profit: Creating Purpose-Driven Prosperity.”
The conference aims to inspire entrepreneurs and business leaders to integrate spiritual values with professional excellence and to promote responsible and purpose-driven leadership in the corporate world.
On this occasion, Shri Satish Mahana, Hon’ble Speaker of the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, addressed the gathering and emphasized that the true strength of a leader lies in strengthening others and contributing positively to society. He appreciated the efforts of the Brahma Kumaris in guiding business leaders towards a balanced life enriched with spiritual wisdom and ethical values.
Senior Rajyoga teachers Rajyogini Asha Didi and Rajyogini Usha Didi also shared their valuable insights. They highlighted the importance of spiritual values, contentment, and inner balance in business and life. They encouraged participants to practice Rajyoga meditation to develop clarity, stability, and positive leadership qualities.
More than 700 entrepreneurs and business leaders from different parts of the country participated in the conference. The participants experienced inspiring sessions, interactive discussions, and Rajyoga meditation, creating an atmosphere of reflection, motivation, and spiritual empowerment.
The conference marks a meaningful beginning to three days of learning, dialogue, and inspiration focused on building purpose-driven prosperity and value-based leadership.
