12 July 2026. The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) at Delhi Airport organised a Mental Health & Well-Being Programme in collaboration with the Security Services Wing (SSW) of the Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation (RERF), Brahma Kumaris.
The interactive session focused on key aspects of stress management, emotional resilience, work-life balance, and positive mental health. Participants were introduced to practical strategies and Rajyoga-based techniques to strengthen resilience, improve emotional well-being, and promote a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Addressing the gathering, Shri Ravish Kumar Singh, Commandant, CISF, highlighted the importance of mental well-being in maintaining personal effectiveness and professional excellence. He encouraged all personnel to incorporate the practices and techniques shared during the session into their daily lives to enhance their overall well-being.
The programme was well received by the CISF personnel, who appreciated the practical guidance and spiritual insights shared during the session. The initiative reflected the continued commitment of the Security Services Wing of the Brahma Kumaris towards promoting mental wellness, inner resilience, and holistic well-being among security forces through the practice of Rajyoga Meditation.
