The Digital Wellness Team conducted a student-focused Digital Wellness awareness session at Charan Kabi Government High School, Kolkata, encouraging students to recognise unhealthy screen habits and replace automatic digital consumption with purpose, self-control and conscious choice.
The interactive session connected responsible technology use with concentration, learning, emotional balance and inner well-being. Through discussions, visual examples and direct interaction, students explored how repeated digital cues can influence attention and behaviour.
The session highlighted practical habits such as pausing before reaching for a device, using technology with a clear purpose, protecting study and sleep time, and developing the discipline to remain the master of the device.
The programme further emphasised the role of Rajyoga in strengthening inner awareness, self-control and a balanced approach towards technology.
