On 26 June 2026, a session on “Overcoming Stress” was conducted by BK Vidhatri, ORC for the officers and staff of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MoSJE) at the Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi.
A peaceful mind is the foundation for a balanced and stress-free life. Keeping this objective at the forefront, the session highlighted practical ways to overcome stress and maintain emotional well-being through the regular practice of Rajyoga Meditation.
More than 100 participants experienced the power of Rajyoga Meditation and explored how consistent meditation practice can help bring inner peace, mental clarity, emotional balance, and greater effectiveness in daily life.
The programme was graced by the presence of senior officials, including the Member Secretary, Joint Secretary, Deputy Director General (DDG), Directors, and other officers of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment and the Dr. Ambedkar International Centre.
The session concluded on a positive note, with participants appreciating the practical spiritual insights shared and expressing their commitment to incorporating Rajyoga Meditation into their daily lives for a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
