On 16th August, a grand rally was successfully organized in Sadhanpur under the banner of Brahma Kumaris, which greatly benefitted around 5000 participants. The rally served as a platform to spread awareness about the dangers of addiction and to encourage individuals to lead a healthy, spiritual, and addiction-free lifestyle.
During the program, participants were guided on how to safeguard themselves from harmful substances and were enlightened about the importance of incorporating meditation and positive lifestyle habits into their daily routines. This guidance inspired them towards better physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. At the end of the rally, all participants took a collective pledge to remain free from addiction throughout their lives, marking a powerful step towards social transformation.
The program received the warm wishes and support of many respected guests and dignitaries. Among them were Mr. Kunal Kumar Roy, Administrator of Swami Vivekananda Academy for Educational Excellence; Dr. Mrinal Kanti Roy, Orthopedic Specialist; Mr. Vipin Singh, Principal of Burdwan Model School; Directors Sanat Nandy and Partha Nandy of Bhadreswar Rice Mill; SDO Mr. Tirthankar Biswas; and Jailer Mr. Samrat Bhattachariya. Their presence and encouragement added immense value to the occasion.
