A three-day seminar on Spiritual Empowerment was inaugurated at the Om Shanti Retreat Centre, Gurugram, organized by the Security Services Wing of the Brahma Kumaris especially for Indian Naval Defence Civilians.
The program commenced with inspiring words from Rear Admiral Aditya Hara, who highlighted that India, despite its vast cultural diversity, is spiritually united. He encouraged participants to apply spiritual learnings in their daily lives and to discover the art of remaining happy without any external reason.
Rajyogini BK Jayanti Didi shared that the real game of life lies in our thoughts. She emphasized that mental health is even more important than physical health, and true inner strength can be attained through the practice of Rajyoga meditation.
BK Shukla Didi expressed that true transformation begins from within. She stressed that inner cleanliness naturally reflects as outer cleanliness, and that spiritual knowledge is the key to keeping the mind healthy, balanced, and happy.
More than 120 Naval Defence Civilians actively participated in the retreat. The seminar provided them with deep insights, spiritual inspiration, and experiences of inner peace, empowering them to lead a more content and purposeful life.
