On October 12, 2025, the Brahma Kumaris Jammu, in collaboration with the Govt. Ayurvedic Hospital, Indira Chowk, organized a Free Medical and Knee Check-up Camp at the Brahma Kumaris Ashram, 284/A, B.C. Road, Amphalla, Rehari, Jammu. The event was graced by the serene presence of Rajyogini Sudarshan Didi, In-Charge of Brahma Kumaris J&K and Ladakh, whose blessings added a spiritual warmth to the noble cause.
The camp ran from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, extending healing hands and compassionate care to nearly 150 individuals from the community. Participants received free medicines and expert consultations from the Govt. Ayurvedic Hospital team. Acupressure services were provided by Munish Sharma, while Dr. Ranjit Singh, Senior Consultant from Livasa Hospital, Amritsar, and SPS Hospital, Ludhiana, led the Knee Check-up Camp, offering valuable guidance and treatment advice to patients.
The atmosphere throughout the camp was filled with kindness and service. Many attendees expressed heartfelt gratitude for the care they received, appreciating the spirit of selfless service that the Brahma Kumaris family embodies.
Speaking on the occasion, Rajyogini Sudarshan Didi emphasized that true health begins with peace of mind and a pure heart. She shared that such initiatives reflect the Brahma Kumaris’ ongoing commitment to nurturing both physical and spiritual well-being in society.
The camp not only addressed physical ailments but also inspired many to adopt a balanced, positive lifestyle through meditation and spiritual awareness — reinforcing the message that healing the body and calming the mind go hand in hand.
