Following the successful observance of the International Day of Yoga on 21 June 2026, Victoria Memorial Hall hosted a special guided meditation session in collaboration with the Brahma Kumaris, providing participants with a valuable opportunity to deepen their experience of inner peace, mindfulness, and spiritual awareness.
The programme commenced with blessings and good wishes from BK Munni Behn,
whose inspiring words created a serene and uplifting atmosphere for all present. Her blessings encouraged participants to experience peace within and to strengthen their spiritual foundation in daily life.
This was followed by an enlightening motivational address by BK E. V. Girish Bhai. In his talk,
he highlighted the importance of mental resilience, positive thinking, self-awareness, and holistic well-being. He shared practical insights on maintaining inner stability amidst life's challenges and emphasized the role of spiritual wisdom in achieving lasting happiness and balance.
The gathering concluded with a deeply enriching guided meditation session conducted by BK Supriya Behn. Participants were guided through moments of silence, reflection, and spiritual contemplation, enabling them to connect with their inner selves and experience a sense of calm, positivity, and renewed energy.
