As part of the school’s Mental and Digital Wellness initiatives, a Summer Holiday Habit Tracker was given to students of Bawa Lalvani Public School, Kapurthala, encouraging them to make their holidays more meaningful, balanced and productive.
The tracker encouraged students to consciously develop positive daily habits while reducing unnecessary digital and screen time. It provided a simple way for students to create space for outdoor play, physical activity, reading, creativity and other productive activities during the summer break.
Through daily tracking, students were encouraged to build consistency and become more aware of their everyday choices. The initiative also promoted a healthy balance between leisure, technology, physical activity and creative pursuits.
The Habit Tracker extended the school’s Mental and Digital Wellness approach beyond the classroom, giving students a simple tool to practise self-monitoring and positive habit formation during their holidays.
Track your habits. Make balanced choices. Build a healthier holiday.
