It has been an extremely rewarding experience spending three days over here. I did come with almost zero knowledge about the entire organisation. I have attended only a session in Bangalore, so I am not extremely familiar.
But once I came here, I understood the entire value of attending this session at Mount Abu. It was curated so thoughtfully by the leaders, the brothers and sisters here.
And, of course, there was tremendous amount of insights and learning that came out of attending each of the sessions. We had a lot of guided meditation which really helps you to understand the value of Raj Yoga and what position it has in both your work life as well as your personal life. It provided me with a good and a sound understanding of how you have to re-look at yourself.
And the programme itself was called
Rethink and Rejuvenate After Reflecting.
So obviously, it required a lot of thinking to be done. There was ample free time given where you could be with yourself to get a lot of questions answered.
I would like to thank everybody involved in the three-day event for giving us such an insightful, beautiful learning that we can take back with us and keep with us for a long time. Especially Sister Shivani who ended the entire session. Her giveaways of ensuring that we follow the practise of going to the local centres of Brahma Kumari to learn meditation to ensure that we have a sattvic lifestyle in every sense of the term.
It was extremely useful and I think I will try and follow it to the best of my abilities and make my future both peaceful and happy.
