On 10 December 2025, BK Ritu conducted two significant sessions at the International Research Conference held at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland, as part of the Third UNITAR International Research Conference (3UIRC) organized by UNITAR.
BK Ritu was invited to the conference as an Independent Researcher and Spiritual Author, recognizing her contribution to the fields of conscious leadership, inner well-being, and spiritual research.
The first session was a Panel Discussion and Research Paper Presentation on the topic Conscious Leadership for Peaceful Institutions: Integrating Inner Peace and Institutional Growth and Impact. Through this presentation, BK Ritu shared insights on the importance of inner peace, self-awareness, and values-based leadership in fostering peaceful, effective, and sustainable institutions.
The second session was a Mindfulness and Musical Meditation Session, which provided participants with an experiential understanding of mindfulness and inner calm. The session enabled participants to experience relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional balance, enhancing their overall conference experience.
BK Ritu’s participation added a valuable spiritual perspective to the international conference, emphasizing the relevance of integrating inner transformation with research, leadership, and institutional growth at a global level.
