Brahma Kumaris Rajyoga Centre, Kowloon, Hong Kong, joyfully shares the highlights of the spiritual services conducted during the months of January and February.
At the threshold of the New Year, the centre organized a powerful meditation session to welcome the year with peace and positivity. In deep silence, everyone experienced inner stillness, which is the best way to begin any new journey. Cutting the cake symbolized the sweetness we wish to cultivate in our hearts throughout the year. Participants also shared their resolutions, goals, and pure intentions for the coming year.

On 11th January, an Indonesian Domestic Helpers Retreat was conducted at the centre. The participants attended a seven-day crash course that included spiritual activities and meditation. Sister Sara from Indonesia joined through Zoom and delivered a class in their native language. The retreat also included counselling sessions to help them maintain emotional balance and learn how to deal with depression, anxiety, jealousy, and anger in daily life.


From 12th to 17th January, during the sacred Ascension Month, special experience sessions were organized through Zoom for Brahmins of South East Asia. Senior Brothers and Sisters shared their beautiful experiences of receiving Godly sustenance from Shiv Baba through Brahma Baba.


On 18th January, the 57th Ascension Day was observed with deep spiritual feelings. The day began with powerful Amritvela meditation, followed by Murli class and Bhog offering. Throughout the day, participants engaged in divine activities such as journaling, giving blessings, experiencing the angelic and bodiless stage, and watching the movie “Bhagyavidhata.” The celebration concluded with a question-and-answer session and Baba Milan. The atmosphere felt like a mini Madhuban and an angelic world.

On the same day, a Silence Day Retreat was also observed with deep meditation and spiritual reflection.


The centre continues to conduct regular “Touch the Light” children’s classes twice a week. These sessions focus on value-based leadership development through activities and meditation. Keeping the holistic growth of children in mind, the classes support mental and physical health through value education, yoga, arts, crafts, and mindfulness practices.

A special Ladies Class – Angelic Meditation session was held on 27th January. Working women gathered at the centre for a spiritual class and meditation experience. Through divine activities and meditation, everyone experienced the angelic world and felt spiritually uplifted.



On Sunday, 8th February, a special session on Mental Health, Psychology, and Neuroscience was conducted by BK Brother Harsha Palli from San Francisco. He explained in simple and practical ways how spirituality and the power of silence can help overcome hidden emotional problems and deep-rooted pain, leading to a happy, healthy, and peaceful life.


The auspicious festival of Maha Shivratri was celebrated on Sunday, 15th February. The Brahmin family gathered for flag hoisting, cake cutting, meditation, and Brahma Bhojan. The celebration was filled with devotion, unity, and spiritual joy.


On 17th February, a Filipino Domestic Helpers Retreat was organized at the centre. Participants experienced a beautiful journey of self-discovery through activities and meditation. Brother Fredrick from the Philippines joined through Zoom and conducted a class in their native language. They learned practical ways to bring peace of mind, joy, happiness, better focus, and emotional stability into their daily lives.


Through all these programs and retreats, the Brahma Kumaris Rajyoga Centre, Kowloon, continues to serve the community by spreading the message of peace, self-awareness, and spiritual empowerment.
