On 04 September 2026, a cordial and fruitful meeting was held at the ICAI Building in Mumbai to explore avenues for bringing spiritual wisdom, meditation and holistic well-being to Chartered Accountants and CA students through the Brahma Kumaris Finance Fraternity Seva Wing.
The meeting was arranged by BK Sister Neena, Incharge of the Kalina Centre and Convener of the Finance Fraternity Seva Wing, and was held with CA Sourav Ajmera, Chairman, Western India Regional Council (WIRC) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
During the meeting, the possibility of establishing an MoU with ICAI for conducting specially designed spiritual programmes for the finance fraternity was proposed. These included SIP – Spiritual Investment Plan and FUND – Fulfilment Ultimately Needs Divinity. CA Sourav Ajmera warmly welcomed the proposal and agreed to facilitate such programmes for CA members as well as CA students.
He also proposed a 3-day Residential Refresher Course at the Brahma Kumaris Headquarters, Mount Abu, exclusively for CA members and their families. The proposed programme would combine professional refreshment with meditation, spiritual learning, work-life balance, family bonding and inner rejuvenation. He further requested the Brahma Kumaris to conduct spirituality and meditation sessions through webinars for the wider CA fraternity.
The meeting opened up several meaningful possibilities for sustained spiritual service among finance professionals. A Godly souvenir was presented to CA Sourav Ajmera with pure wishes for his responsibilities and service to the Chartered Accountancy profession. He, in turn, presented the Platinum Jubilee WIRC Reference Manual 2026–27.
The meeting reflected a shared vision of supporting finance professionals and their families in experiencing inner peace, higher purpose, holistic well-being and true fulfilment through spirituality and meditation.
