Addressing the audience, Sister Jayanti described
overthinking and mental clutter as a “modern disease” affecting many people in today’s fast-paced world. She explained that developing soul consciousness and establishing a deeper connection with the Divine enables individuals to attain spiritual sovereignty and regain mastery over their thoughts and emotions.
During her talk, Sister Jayanti
emphasized that by becoming masters of our own minds, we can consciously choose empowering thoughts that nurture focus, inner strength, deep healing, and forgiveness. She highlighted that spiritual awareness provides the foundation for creating a peaceful and balanced mindset, enabling individuals to respond to life’s challenges with clarity and wisdom.
The audience was encouraged to explore their inner potential and experience the benefits of self-mastery through spiritual understanding and practice.
