On 16 December 2025, Sister Jayanti was in Paris to initiate the worldwide wave of celebrations for World Meditation Day 2025. The inspiring event was held at Théâtre 13e Art and brought together students and volunteers of the École de Raja Yoga, Paris, along with dedicated volunteers from Brahma Kumaris UK.
The gathering created a safe, open, and reflective space where participants felt encouraged to ask meaningful questions and explore the deeper dimensions of meditation. The programme was gracefully moderated by Audrey Tcherkoff and Eric Le Reste, and was enriched with soulful music and live singing by renowned jazz singer Denzal Sinclair, adding a powerful experiential dimension to the evening.
A special highlight of the event was a moderated dialogue led by Audrey Tcherkoff with Christoph Michael, who presented insightful findings on the effects of meditation on the human brain, bridging spirituality with scientific understanding.
The programme marked a profound and inspiring beginning to the global celebrations of World Meditation Day 2025, leaving participants uplifted, informed, and deeply motivated to explore meditation as a way of life.
